Culinary Training Academy is a partnership with the Las Vegas strip hotels and the Culinary Union that currently trains and employs thousands of people for new careers in hospitality. CTA decided to TRY SOMETHING NEW!

Newsome Marketing Enterprises orchestrated a branding campaign to introduce the $10 million dollar expansion of a state of the art banquet facility and training restaurant, West Side Bistro. NME and CTA worked closely for a few years to establish the training facility as the premier employment agency in the state of Nevada.
